Spoke with the crews that have been wandering around the lake with long poles.
Multiple companies have been contracted to test the utility lines above street level in preparation for new fiber optic lines being installed.
No one knew which company was providing the fiber though.

Unfortunately, the provider is Brightspeed. Their reputation for reliable fiber internet is pretty bad. 🙁
